ONE HECK OF A WORKOUT
I got a gift certificate for Christmas and since then I’ve been addicted. I have been feeling good and feeling great. It’s a great workout, great program and Lawrence is a great trainer as well. Put them altogether and you have one heck of a workout. You feel good afterwards and you release a lot of endorphins.

Endurance and Conditioning
I needed a change from the usual routine of cardio and weight lifting. Previously I had worked with a trainer for several years, But never felt conditioned. Improvement in other Workout
